Amit has deep and extensive financial and accounting expertise including experience in Corporate Finance, Finalization/Consolidation of Accounts, Budgeting, MIS, Taxation, Auditing, Fund Management and SAP System Design & Implementation. Amit is a Chartered Accountant from Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and holds a Masters degree in Business Accounting from the University of Victoria.

Atul has worked extensively in sales and marketing functions in the media domain. He has worked with digital, electronic, print & outdoor media, focusing on above-the-line and below-the-line marketing initiatives and managing diverse teams. Prior to joining Tangerine, Atul worked with the Exchange4Media group, Satyam Cineplexes, Doordarshan News, Satyam Infoway and the Indian Express Group. Atul is a management graduate with specialization in Marketing and International Business.

Satya is an experienced HR professional with many years operating in multi-cultural and international environments. An HR generalist, Satya's experience ranges from talent management, compensation & benefits, organizational development, training, statutory compliance to staffing & recruiting and other aspects of human resource management. Before Tangerine, he has worked with Mondial Assistance (Allianz Group) and Artech Infosystems amongst others.
