Client Challenge:
The client, one of India’s largest media organizations and one of the largest English language newspapers in the world, acquired the digital media rights to the Indian Premier League. The client had a skills gap in rapid turn around video production for digital platforms (broadband, mobile and tablet) and little experience in sports production. They required that the content and highlights (wickets, and significant scoring moments) get to platform within minutes with the right commentary and descriptions in the correct format for each platform.

Client Challenge:
Sony India is a vibrant and thriving producer and content distributor in India, both aggregating content from around the world for exhibition in India and producing some of the most popular local Indian productions for domestic consumption. Sony is looking to take advantage of the rapid growth of platforms like You Tube in India to monetize this content.
